General Policy
Refunds are considered only when the service provider fails to deliver due services. For instant digital services (e.g., mobile recharge, SIM top-up, ad activation), refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a dispute within 48 hours of the transaction. Your request must include the order ID and valid proof of service failure (e.g., screenshots).
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as successfully delivered digital top-ups or activated social media packages, are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for services that have been fully rendered as described.
Dispute Process
Our admin team will review your dispute and respond within 3-5 business days. The decision of the admin team is final.
